Vinod Kumar Saini Advocate has been declared elected as the President of the Bar Association Dhampur, while Shahid Ali Advocate secured the post of Senior Vice President, and Devendra Kumar Advocate was elected as Secretary.
Chairman of the Elders Committee of the Bar Association Dhampur, Yogendra Pal Singh Advocate, stated that the election process was conducted peacefully. Voting began at 10 AM and concluded at 2 PM, during which 210 members cast their votes. Out of a total of 214 registered voters, one member had passed away and three were absent.
The contest for the President’s post was quite close. Vinod Kumar Saini Advocate received 106 votes, narrowly defeating his opponent Virendra Singh Chauhan Advocate, who got 103 votes.
For the post of Senior Vice President, Shahid Ali Advocate received 109 votes, while his opponent Parshuram Advocate got 97 votes.
Devendra Kumar Advocate was elected Secretary with 118 votes, defeating his rival Khemchand Advocate, who received 89 votes.
Kulveer Singh Advocate won the position of Junior Vice President with 158 votes, while his opponent Subhash Chandra Advocate received 49 votes. Shadan Saeed Advocate was elected unopposed as Joint Secretary (Administration).
Vipin Kumar Advocate was elected as Joint Secretary (Librarian) with 133 votes, defeating his opponent Rakshpal Singh Advocate who got 72 votes.
Heerendra Kumar Advocate secured the post of Joint Secretary (Publications) with 98 votes, while his opponent Akhilesh Kumar Advocate received 70 votes.
Nitin Kumar Agrawal Advocate was elected Treasurer with 152 votes, defeating Tara Singh Advocate who got 55 votes.
Senior Executive Members elected include Shehzada Parvez, Jitendra Kumar, Anurag, Mohd Ali, Bharat Singh, and Bhopal Singh. Junior Executive Members elected include Himanshu Harshvardhan, Arpit Kumar, Ajayveer Singh, Anurag Bhatnagar, and Laukesh Saini.
The election was successfully conducted with the efforts of Yogendra Pal Singh Advocate, Narendra Kumar Rajput, Arun Kumar Gupta, Kamlesh Kumar Gehlot, Shamim Ahmed, and Rajpal Singh Advocate.
